There is now a free 24/7 video relay available for NHS 111 at this address https://interpreternow.co.uk/nhs111

You can use a computer or your phone or tablet to use this service. Please do this especially if you are in a high risk group.

In English

You can use Text Relay to do this. Dial 18001 111 via a textphone. If you do not have a textphone, you can use the application provided by Relay UK which allows you to use your mobile or landline. The application is available for Windows/MacOS/Linux as well as iOS/Android devices.To use the Relay UK application on a computer, you need Java – if you do not have it already please download it from the following link:
