You can use a computer or your phone or tablet to use this service. Please do this especially if you are in a high risk group.
You can use Text Relay to do this. Dial 18001 111 via a textphone. If you do not have a textphone, you can use the application provided by Relay UK which allows you to use your mobile or landline.
